Q. Is the Realm of Terror
scary?
A. Yes, we have went to a lot of trouble to make it that way.
Q: Where can I park?
A: The Realm of Terror has adequate
parking and there is no charge for this.
Q. When are you open?
A. The Realm of Terror is open on Friday and Saturday nights in October.
Ticket sales begin around 7:30 p.m. and the first group will begin at 8
p.m. Tickets are sold up until 11 p.m. If you have purchased your ticket
and are there before 11 you will get to go through the attraction.
Q: Are attractions open if
it rains?
A: Normally rain does not close the
attraction however severe or dangerous weather may. The best way to
tell if we are closed is to call our office at
706-675-6186 or check our website home page.
Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: Wait times will vary depending on the day of your visit. The
weekend prior to Halloween and Halloween night will have the longest
wait times. However we do have horror movies to watch while you are
waiting your turn.
Q: Can I bring a camera or
flashlight?
A: No cameras or flashlights are
permitted.
Q: How much is the
admission?
A. $10 per person
Q. Where does the money go?
A. The Realm of Terror is a nonprofit attraction operated by Heard
County Fire & Emergency Services. All profits from this event go towards
enhancing our public safety education program.
Q: Is there a discount for
children?
A: No. The Realm of Terror is
not recommended for children under 12
Q: Do you offer group
discounts?
A: Yes. However, these are not given
on site. There will be no group discount given on site. You can call
and preorder group discounts tickets at 706-675-6186 or purchase them at
Heard County Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters on Old Field Rd.
Q: Are there live rats (snakes, cockroaches, clowns,
chainsaws, etc.)?
A: Maybe.
Q: Will they touch me?
A: Our actors will not touch you, but the monsters and other
creatures might.
Q: If they scare me, can I punch them?
A: If you assault any of our staff, the Heard County deputies will
take you directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200. For the
safety of our guests and staff, we use security cameras throughout the
event.
Q: Will I be injured, dismembered, or killed at your
event?
A: We go to great lengths to provide a safe experience for our
guests. If you follow our rules, do not run, and do not touch the
employees or scenery, you will make it through safely. Occasionally, we
forget to feed our monsters... you just might become dinner. Don't
worry, the pain will be brief.
Q: Can I wear costumes or masks to The Realm of Terror?
A: Costumes are okay, but masks are not allowed for the safety of
our employees and guests.
